HG FA641TB applied in Long March III Carrier Rocket
In 1984, according to the Chinese Ministry of electronics industry task arrangement, our company technical director, WANG Daoxiu, successfully developed the working frequency of 400M, 50W, 28V high frequency transistor FA641TB. This device was successfully developed, which served as an industrial milestone of Chinese Radio.

Based on the technology of FA641TB, our company developed a series of 400M frequency transistor (TV transmitter ), 225M serie frequency transistor (FM radio). When FA641TB is successful applied in Changzheng III rockets, R & D FA641TB team won the 1989 national silver medal award.
